Why we don't have a spare part catalogue
We have a wide range of products in our portfolio, some of which go back 30 years. So it is not easy to unambiguously identify the parts for non professionals.
How to order spare parts
Ideally you send us a digital Picture of the part you are looking for and send it to us by email :
ersatzteile(@)notter-beschlaege.de
Also additional information like : dimension of the part, the profile system, ... will help us to identify the part.
How is the payment done
We ask to pay deliveries upfront before shipment.
Customers with a regular demand for spare parts are allowed to pay after invoicing.
